On 24 August 1860, in Tomaszów, he registered his marriage with Maria Goldszmit (Henryk Goldszmit’s aunt), which, according to the marriage certificate, took place in the evening, on 23 August, in the presence of the bride’s parents. Additionally, the spouses declared that on 22 August, they concluded a pre-nuptial agreement at the office of the notary public for the Tomaszów District.
