Born in 1815 in Ostrów [Wielkopolski], the daughter of Hyrsz and Fajgela Deitszer, the wife of Markus Ankier.

According to Markus and Bajla’s marriage certificate, concerning the marriage concluded on 12 March 1833, “the permission for the marriage was granted orally by Simon Deitzer, the paternal uncle of Bajla Deitzer, due to the fact that the parents live abroad.”
