The wife of Natan Wolf, her name appears in the marriage certificate of her daughter, Cyrla Wolf. In addition to Cyrla, she had a son, Józef. Her name, Zyska, is most likely a nickname from Zysla (Zisl), whereas the surname “Zanders” comes from the name of her father, Sender.
