Janina Gołębiewska

The daughter of Antoni Gołębiewski and Aleksandra Cecylia née Rajner, born on 5 June 1891 in Lublin; died on 9 February 1968 in the same place.

She survived the war, living in Lublin. In 1953, in the District Court in Lublin, she filed a lawsuit “to acquire the rights to the legacy of Hersz (Henryk) Goldszmidt.” Due to the lack of certificates, she brought the proceedings to determine the dates of the birth and death of Janusz Korczak.
